Acoustic Sussex has in the past used several venues (see below), depending on the nature of the artist, seating requirements, etc. Currently, regular events are only held at Chequer Mead Arts Centre in East Grinstead but this may change in future. The Ravenswood at Sharpthorne, near East Grinstead. Easy to find, with plenty of parking in beautiful surroundings, it's a majestic 15th Century Sussex Manor House that specialises in hosting events of all kinds. It is well-known in the locality for regular Sunday jazz sessions and other music nights. Doors open from 7.30pm for 8.00pm start. Licensed bar but no food available. The

The Red Lion, Turners Hill (formerly the home of the Turners Hill/Crawley Folk Club) is a traditional Harveys pub with a large rear garden with a stage for occasional summer events. Mine hosts, Ashley and Elaine, are musicians themselves - so anything can happen here!
